Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DreamTale AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

DreamTale AI provides AI-generated personalized bedtime stories and lullabies using voice cloning technology. The service includes story creation, voice recording and cloning, audio playback, and content management features.

User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual or family use only.

Content & Intellectual Property

Stories generated by DreamTale AI are for personal, non-commercial use. You own the voice recordings you provide. DreamTale AI retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services. You may not redistribute or resell generated content.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of a new billing period if you have not used premium features during that period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to clone voices without consent, generating harmful or inappropriate content for children, reverse-engineering our technology, or sharing account access with unauthorized users.

Limitation of Liability

DreamTale AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes at least 15 days in advance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ho Chi Minh City.
